Headset bearings, stem and bar go on with the controls. Next goes the Sram X01 AXS 12 speed wireless drivetrain with a freshly waxed chain. Hope Race EVO brakes take the helm in place of the crappy Shimano XT M8000 mineral brakes. I do some GOD level unguided brake hose internal routing.
