Leadership Square

Jesus chose His disciples then trained them to be disciples-who-make-disciples. During his three years of ministry doing life with the twelve, he did this by creating an environment (leadership greenhouse) that trains, equips and encourages them to be leaders of leaders. Many have found the concept of "the leadership square" to be a helpful summary of this leadership greenhouse.
