Vice-Chancellor’s Reception for Mastercard Foundation Scholars

Professor (Mrs.) Rita Akosua Dickson, the Vice-Chancellor of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) hosted the scholars of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program (MCFSP) at KNUST on Friday, 19th May, 2023 at an event dubbed the 'Vice-Chancellor’s Reception', at the Great Hall of the University. Annually, the Vice-Chancellor hosts the newly recruited scholars to officially welcome them to KNUST and the Scholars Community at KNUST. The event offered the 350 new scholars (Cohort 9 Scholars) admitted from different parts of Ghana and the African continent, the opportunity to dine with the Vice-Chancellor, Management members of the University, faculty members and senior cohorts of the MCFSP at KNUST.
