ASMR, the acronym doesn't matter so let's just relax. Whatever your reason for being here, whether by accident or on purpose, welcome. They're small and fit inside the ear, making it easy to cozy up in bed, blissfully mixing into the sounds now bouncing around my head. Lately, I've come to realize that playing the sounds straight from the phone's built-in speaker works best for sleep. It's a realistic and cozy effect laying in bed with nothing in my ears and just the sound coming from the speakers.
