This delicious gyros soup is sure to delight every guest at your party. It tastes great with a baguette, roll, bread, or even potatoes ;-)) Ingredients for a large pot (8-10 servings) 700g -1 kg of gyros meat (you can use just pork or turkey, or a combination) 30g seasoning for the gyros 200ml heavy cream (30%) 1 red bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 2 onions 1 can of corn 1 jar of pickled mushrooms, sliced 150-200g cream cheese 7-10 tablespoons Asian chili sauce 1 bottle of gypsy sauce 2 packages of onion soup 5-6 pickled cucumbers large pepper A pinch of salt to taste 1.5 liters of hot water Oil for frying Season the meat with the garlic spices and set aside in the refrigerator for about 30-60 minutes. After this time, sear the meat in a pan (in three cycles) and let it cool in a bowl. Once cooled, pour in 200 ml of heavy cream, mix, and set aside in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Cut the onion and bell pepper into 2 cm strips. Sauté the onion in oil in a pot, then add the bell pepper and sauté for about 5 minutes. Pour in the water, chili sauce, and bring to a boil. Then add the soups and cheese, mix, and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Add the corn, mushrooms, gypsy sauce, and meat. Cook for about 5 minutes.
