Tricep push-up to front raise 2. Dive bombers back fly 3. OH toe taps + squat and plate twist **Do the 50 second hiit move after every rep set. So you’ll do the hiit move 5 times total ** SET 1: 5x5 SSD chest press with 50 seconds of fast lateral step downs SET 2: 5x5 clean and press with 50 seconds of Burpee plank jack shoulder taps (push-up plank jack shoulder tap 2x with each Burpee)  SET 3: 5x5 Plank row to press 50 seconds of incline tricep pushup + tuck+ bench hop SET 4: 5x5 split Lunge snatches (5 on each side) with 50 seconds of plank hop box jumps SET 5: 5x5 step up step down curtsy lunge with 50 seconds of Curtsy up and over and switch  Abs and burpees: 50:10 2x 10 minutes  1. Diamond burpees 2. Decline toe touches and plank hops  3. Rollback switch Lunge squat jump burpee  4. Pike to spider knee to up dog (vinyasa flow)  5. Lateral bench hop burpee
