Slow living in Umbria - gardening, local markets and a village festa

There's a pace to life in Umbria that's hard to explain until you've experienced it. This week we lean into it - starting the morning with a Tai Chi session at Kerry's new house, then heading to our local garden centre to pick up some plants before getting our hands properly dirty with some landscaping around the farmhouse. Along the way we stop at the local cheese shop, do a supermarket run the Italian way, and end the week cooking for a village festa.
