Snowstorms, Farmers Market Haul & Early Spring Sweater Finds

Another extremely cold week in January brings multiple snowstorms, cozy moments at home, and a fun winter adventure. In this week’s vlog, I brave the cold and head out for a peaceful walk through a snow covered forest, soaking in the quiet beauty of winter in Ontario. The highlight of the week is a visit to the iconic St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market in Waterloo, Ontario, one of the largest year round farmers markets in Canada. We discover incredible local cheeses, artisan meats, fresh produce, handmade goods, and so many unique small business treasures. Of course, we didn’t leave empty handed, and once home we dive into a delicious tasting of our farmers’ market food haul. I’m also sharing a super quick 4 ingredient salad dressing recipe, which also pairs perfectly with roasted root vegetables! To wrap up the vlog, I’m sharing a mini sweater haul featuring a few of my recent wardrobe additions.
