Body throws with clubs
Inspired by a post on Object Episodes, and Garnavault's bodytricks tutorial • Bodytricks Tutorial I'm notating using Denis Paumier's bodymove notation http://juggle.wikia.com/wiki/Bodymove... In the end of the video I animated a short sequence where I give the different zones a color and move around a bit to help visualize how the zones follow you around. In the notation theory the zones actually extend indefinitely, though. These are just a few fairly straightforward body throws with clubs, which end with a neutral catch. Many more throws which fill these criteria are possible. There are multiple styles of the same body throw as well, most obvious would be lifting your legs for all the under the legs stuff, but also throws such as the frontcross is commonly done with clubs spinning aligned to the sagittal plane instead of the frontal etc. For reversed throws, just imagine any particular throw in reverse! I did something which I can't remember anyone doing in the end with 3 clubs, which is to show off the different inside-outside versions of reverse backcross, backcross combo. This kind of variation can be applied to any body throw combo where the path of the props cross, mainly any body throw which is followed by a reverse of the same type, or other things, such as albert-trebla combo.
