Here are 20 Lutheran funeral hymns (please see sâ !gûn go elsewhere on this channel for more songs)

There are hundreds of songs, some more popular, etc, but you need to start somewhere. The list is primarily aimed at beginner keyboard players. Normally at least 5 if not more of these songs will be played at a funeral. Song nr.1for example will be played 90% of the time etc. The idea is to know more common once’s instead of the ones well liked by a presiding official. You can pass those ones for now. By the way the order is not based on importance (except nr. 1 of cause). I tried to keep the same key together for ease. Hope keyboard & brass players can get closer together at funerals in terms of keys. Some combinations are excellent though!
