From 2014 to 2024, Rätz moderated programs for SWR and Das Erste and was one of the faces of the Rhineland-Palatinate state news. Today, Rätz focuses primarily on issues of diversity, gender identity, and social inclusion. Janboris Ann-Kathrin Rätz offers insights into typical situations in everyday school life and explains which attitudes, knowledge, and sensitive forms of communication can be helpful.
