Eowyn and Aragorn ~ A Love Story ~ part 1

Song: Hallelujah Singer: Alexandra Burke Footage: Lord of the Rings (TTT and ROTK) Pair: Boromir/Eowyn/Aragorn Storyline: Eowyn and Boromir were bethroed to each other until the day when Eowyn wakes up to find Boromir about to leave for the Fellowship meeting. They don't even get a proper goodbye becouse his dad is demanding that Boromir returns with the Ring of power. That is the last time they see each other becouse Boromir dies when he is protecting Merry and Pipin. Eowyn is still grieving a year later. She is reminded of the young Gondorian everywhere she looks. Her thoughts are interupted by the four unknown visitors. One of them, a tall darkhaired man seems to remind both Eowyn and Theoden of the deseased Boromir, yet as Eowyn looks closely she sees the young Gondorian behind Aragorn. With a blink of her eyes the scene is gone to become once again the halls of Rohan. Eowyn is practicing with her sword later on. At one moment her fluid excersise is cut short becouse of Aragorn. As she looks at him, a memory of Boromir floods in. In her anger she disengages and surprises Aragorn by her sudden agression. Another memory floods her mind and she sees that she was unjust. "You're beautiful," whispers Aragorn in the brief moment as Eowyn puts away her sword. Surprised she looks up. With a galant bow, Aragorn leaves the room. Eowyn just stares after him in pure amazement. The day the Edoras citizens leave for Helm's Deep, Aragorn smiles at Eowyn's nature. As she smiles back after another joke she shared with Gimli, the young man suddently realizes that he had involuntarily fallen in love. The same thought occurs Eowyn and both fall into a state of sadness, becouse they know that one of them might be killed tommorro. The group is attacked by orcs. As Aragorn rides off, Eowyn sees Boromir, dead, and hopes with all her might that her new love might return alive as to not make her shattered heart become more broken. She leads the commoners sucessfully to Helm's Deep. She runs to meet her Uncle when he arrives. She doesn't see Aragorn. "What happened? What happened Uncle?" she asks. Gimli walks up to her. "Lady Eowyn..." he begins solemnly. "Master Gimli, what happened? Tell me please!" Eowyn begs him. "Aragorn, well he's..." Begins the dwraf. Then he tells her of how Aragorn saved him and how he then was unable to untangle himself from the Warg and how he died. Eowyn, in shock doesn't believe him and turns to her uncle.
