Watergrove Parkrun: 20/07/2024. Stunning, hilly run!

This is Watergrove parkrun (Rochdale) on 20th July 2024. Some say the 4th or 5th hardest parkrun in the UK. A gorgeous place to run. Very scenic and very enjoyable; if you don't mind massive amounts of elevation! I bumped into Parkrun legend, Stephen Wilson on this run. I thought I had filmed him finishing, but I seem to have it messed up. Sorry! Stats start a little late but they resolve themselves to the correct GPS. I finished with a time of 23:50 and in 10th position. I gave it a good effort but not all out - threshold pace, I guess. I don't think I could have gone that much faster however. This was the final Manchester parkrun for me. I'll probably have to do them all again now in order to record them... Please comment, like, subscribe, send me money, whatever you want really!
