Units range from one bedrooms starting around 6.82M KES all the way up to three bedrooms plus DSQ. We go deep into the floor plans — 62m², 66m², 69m², 73m², 76m² one bedrooms, multiple two-bedroom configurations (including 98m², 110m², 108m² + DSQ, 128m² + DSQ), and the 142m² three-bedroom plus DSQ. We also talk about what makes certain layouts more attractive than others, especially when it comes to balcony size, orientation, and future views. A big part of this conversation is investment vs lifestyle. Would I buy the smallest 62m² for rental yield? Or does the 76m² with the long balcony make more sense long term?
