2026/6/28 uo outlands obs studio test (and thieving skills grind)

i wanna come back on uo outlands this time as mage thief character, and i'm running some recording tests since yk i had to do a couple fresh windows install and obs is unstable asf if not set up correctly. also i think the stats increase were hiding 64.5 to 66.5 snooping from about 62.4 to 66.2 stealing from about 62.3 to 63.7 i missed taking my daily dopamine hits from numbers slowly rising over time
