Everything in North Pattaya is within 1KM and reachable by walking. The Central Pattaya area can easily be reached with a baht bus (10 baht per way). Ozo North Pattaya guest-friendly? Yes, the hotel is guest-friendly. No extra charges for short-term guests. However, you should always book for 2 person even if you stay alone. Ozo North good value for money? If the price is around $50-$60 per night, I believe this hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are modern and feature great balconies with views. There is a large swimming pool and a usable fitness center.
