My Singing Monsters | My Crystal Islet Remix

Yeah wow sorry about that... Looking back I was definitely completely PUMPED with adrenaline because it didn't even occur to me that the audio was LITERALLY PEAKING BEYOND BELIEF!!! I was so excited to release that Crystal Islet remix into the wild. When I woke up to read the comments the next morning, I got the usual supportive stuff (never unappreciated) but I also got a lot of genuine criticism. Just wanna say, huge shout-out to everyone who criticized the remix! You guys might've genuinely saved the day with this one. I made sooth to balance everything out. Monsters like Rhysmuth, Droah, and especially Gaddzooks have been quieted down significantly while other monsters like Teeter-Tauter, X'rt, and Meebkin have been brought up a good notch or two. I wanted to make sure they weren't overpowering, but I mean... yeah, first time around... Meebkin was literally inaudible... whoops... The remix has also been quieted down SIGNIFICANTLY. Now you can actually listen to it without your ears bleeding, so the mixing should be all better now. I also made a sidechain for Gaddzooks so his kick doesn't get in the way of the bass... As for these Islets themselves. Yeah, not a single one misses. Especially with a little FL Magic, I think I might have some of the most buttoned-up remixes of these songs in the entire community. How could I not? I want to honor all of them just like with the magical islands. I also want to say: if something like this EVER happens again, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CRITICIZE MY WORK!!! I don't want this to be some kind of situation where my mixing genuinely sucks but people are too afraid to point it out because they're afraid they might hurt my feelings. Nope, Nuh-Uh. CRITICIZE AWAY!!! I can take it! Thanks for all the genuine feedback - I'm very honored that so many people in the community turn to my remixes whenever they want a solid listen to these songs, and I'm even more delighted that you guys are willing to point out flaws where they exist.
