Chocolate cake - recipe for chocolate cake with only water - No oven_ No milk_ No eggs

Chocolate cake ingredients: flour 225 g Baking powder 10 g Cocoa powder 20 g Water 200 g Vinegar 10g Sugar 155 g vanilla Oil 55 g Nutella chocolate cream Cooking time is 40 to 50 minutes. Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and sift 3 times. Add water, sugar, vinegar and oil in a bowl and mix until the sugar dissolves. Add flour in several stages and mix.
