I manage to free myself up an afternoon, and I head down to Pontypridd on the train. I really fancy having a look in the new library, because I haven't been in it before. I'm also craving a look in the museum, as I haven't been since before it closed after the flood (which caused it a lot of damage) and the pandemic. Having satisfied my museum craving, I stroll back into town to a café for a coffee and a bit of lunch, then do a bit of shopping before catching the train home from Pontypridd Rail Station.
