Reemplazo del inducido, interruptor y escobillas Dremel 300

The tool arrived completely disassembled. The supposed problem was that it wouldn't reach speed and made an abnormal noise. They tried to repair it, but when they couldn't, they brought it back to me completely disassembled. A visual inspection revealed a short circuit in the commutator's solder joints, indicating that the main problem with the machine was the armature, which needs to be replaced. The brushes weren't in bad condition, but due to their age, it was decided to replace them. The brush holders had been handled too many times with screwdrivers whose blades didn't fit correctly in the slots, causing wear and tear, so they were also replaced. The stator coils were tested with a multimeter to rule out any damage or malfunction, and were found to be in good condition. Afterward, they were varnished with varnish specifically designed for electric motor stators. The tool's speed control switch was tested with a 100W incandescent bulb, confirming that it was not functioning correctly. Therefore, it was replaced. The continuity of the power cord and the tool's capacitor plate was checked, confirming that it was fully operational. The only missing part was the spindle lock bolt. This bolt is not sold separately; it comes with its spring (locking assembly). Both parts were replaced to complete the final assembly of the tool. Once the tool was assembled, it was tested to ensure its proper functioning.
