Yeti SB100 Dream Build Bike Check - One Year Review

This is the ultimate SB100 build for XC racing, in my opinion, of course ;) . I've refined this build for my needs over 2 years and I have never loved a bike more. Yes, it can handle way more than a typical XC bike on a descent, but this thing is an incredible climber, and should be on the short list for every XC racer. This bike weighs 23.9lbs (10.8kgs) as is, but if I went to a 100mm fork, shorter dropper, and swapped out the ENVE stuff for some superlight but crappy performing stuff, I'm confident I could drop 2lbs from this build. All of that said, I have no intention of doing that, as this bike performs incredibly well as is.
