Close up Heavy Departures at London Heathrow Airport, Runway 27R | 24-10-18

*This video is property of myself, Casey and can not be taken or reuploaded without permission from me* Hi all, I decided for a change why not film some departures this time at Heathrow, as after a while of constantly filming landings after landings it can get a bit repetitive. Anyhow we headed up to the Thistle hotel, where the staff were more than welcoming to allow us to spot there, they know us well now, we arrived around quarter to 10 in the morning and stayed till half 1 in the afternoon, so it made for a good few hours to catch some amazing heavy rotations To begin with there was quite a low cloud base lurking across the airport, which meant that departing aircraft didn't take long before breaching the clouds, about an hour after arriving the clouds slowly broke apart and disappeared leaving behind clear blue skies for the remainder of the day, it was nice to see some wing condensation on some of the aircraft, look out for the Singapore A380 as it surfs the clouds after rotating south. It was very beautiful to see to say the least Movements wise, this video pretty much features widebodies only except for an Air Canada 737 MAX. Movements include American A330's and 777's, Thai A380, Qantas 787-9, Virgin 787's and A330's, Singapore 777 and A380, United 767, 777's and 787's, Delta 767 and A330's, Qatar A380, British Airways 787's, 777's, 747's, 767's, A380's and an Air Belgium A340-300 operating for BA.
