This week, we will send a letter to the US immigration agency ICE regarding Zbigniew Ziobro's case, in connection with the Hungarian authorities' revocation of his refugee status, announced Minister of Justice and Attorney General Waldemar Żurek. He also announced that the prosecutor's office has already prepared a request for the extradition of the former Minister of Justice under the Law and Justice party (PiS) government, the main suspect in the investigation into the massive fraud against the Justice Fund. "We are just waiting for the court's justification for the decision to uphold the pretrial detention order for Zbigniew Ziobro," Waldemar Żurek clarified.
