Random art supplies Challenge | hunger games fan art

The motto here was 'usin' what we've got'! I have been holding off buying new art supplies even as my supplies dry up or dwindle. It feels like an accomplishment to use up supplies, and not waste them while buying more. I couldn't capture all the outfits exactly as they look in the films, due to the lack of verity with my colors... but I ended up really enjoying the color combos I came up with!
