Welcome back to my channel guys, it’s so great to be back! We’ve finally reached the end of a decade with Duran Duran’s 1988 album ‘Big Thing’. In this video, we dive into the captivating world of this iconic band as they seamlessly shift between two different sounds. The album starts with the energetic track 'Big Thing,' setting the tone with its guitar and rock-driven elements. Followed by songs like 'I Don't Want Your Love' and 'All She Wants Is' that infuse a dance-club energy into the album, catering to their intended audience at this stage of their career. The second half of the album surprises listeners as we hear a transition to a more atmospheric and ballad-like sound with ‘Palomino’ ‘Land’ and 'The Edge of America,’. I must apologise again for the audio levels still being out of whack.
