Combine all dry ingredients, then cut in the butter until blended. 2. Add the egg and milk, mixing to form a dough. 3. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the simmering blueberries. 4. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat. (Do not lift the lid during cooking.) 5. Serve warm and enjoy!
