The four-lake hike in the Uri Alps connects Trüebsee in the canton of Nidwalden with Melchsee-Frutt in Obwalden. The trail leads over the Jochpass in Obwalden to Engstlensee in the Bernese Oberland and then continues via Tannensee and Melchsee to Melchsee-Frutt.
