Hey There! Join me for this 60 minute Chair Yoga class for Seniors and beginners. We will take it super slow with lots of explanation and modifications will be offered when applicable. We do a full body gentle workout doing most of the poses in the chair with some standing poses and the option to get down to the floor for some seated postures at the end of class. This class is also great for those with limited mobility due to extra weight or someone dealing with or recovering from an injury. Lets get you started on your yoga journey!
