Hello, friends! 🌸 Today I'm making a delicious homemade plum pie with curd filling on a shortcrust pastry crust. It features a delicate curd filling, juicy, aromatic plums, a light hint of cinnamon, and a crispy shortcrust pastry base. This pie is reminiscent of both a curd casserole and a delicate cheesecake, only much easier to make with readily available ingredients. While plum season is in full swing, be sure to try making this dessert for your family for tea. ✅ For the dough: • 250 g flour • 120 g margarine or butter • 2 tbsp sugar • 1 egg • 1 tbsp sour cream • a pinch of salt ✅ For the curd filling: • 400 g cottage cheese or sweet curd mixture • 80–120 g sugar • 2 eggs • about 200 g sour cream • 2 tbsp cornstarch • vanilla sugar to taste ✅ Optional: • plums • nuts • sugar for sprinkling • cinnamon, optional Bake for about 50 minutes at 170°C.
