In this vlog, I take you along during an exciting week in which I make a major investment for the launch of three new products in my webshop. Additionally, I tell you about my performance review at the office, my daughter cycles to her exciting first day of high school in the tropical heat, and I have a major battle with the parcel wall. Behind the scenes of the webshop, things are currently super busy and exciting. Over the past few days, I have been working intensively on designing the new labels and tags for our expansion, which, of course, have been fully coordinated with my father! Running my own webshop alongside a regular salaried job is a wonderful but sometimes tough puzzle, especially during these scorching days. As a plus-size woman over 40, I always try to stay grounded and true to myself amidst all the daily hustle and bustle. No perfect filters or staged images, just real life; from sweating on the bike with a sunburned edge (luckily, my father's vitamin E oil helps immediately!) to a simple meal with hot dogs because it is simply too hot to cook.
