The first few chapters are some of the richest theology in the entire Bible - your identity in Christ, the lavish grace of God, the mystery of the gospel. Then it shifts into practical living - how to walk in love, how to stand firm, the armor of God. It's everything you need to hear before you sleep and everything you need to remember when you wake up. Let this play all night. There's something powerful about letting these truths wash over you while you rest. Your identity doesn't depend on what you accomplished today or what you're anxious about tomorrow. You are already seated with Christ in heavenly places. Already loved. Already chosen. Already secure.
