Rape & murder convict Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh walked out of Rohtak's Sunaria jail, again on a parole for 30 days. This is the 16th parole since he was first convicted in August 2017, and second so far this year. He was released from jail as Punjab voted for municipal elections.
