Ingredients for Ellunda ( 4 ingredients recipe) ( Makes approximately 20 lemon sized ladoos) Black sesame seeds- 250 gm jaggery -200 gm coconut scraped - from 1/2 big coconut ( approximately 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cup) Matta rice ( Kerala red rice)( puzhukkalari )- 1/2 cup #reshmysfoodtree #healthfood Recently I also discovered that fried black sesame seed powder and flax seed powder mix is excellent to prevent hairfall.
