छिट्टो मीठो दशैंको खाना बनाउने सजिलो तरिका #dashainspecial ___________________________________________________ 3 cups water 2 bay leaves 7-8 cardamoms 5-6 cloves 3 clack cardamoms Small-sized cinnamon stick 3 tbsp ghee Black and green cardamoms, cloves Small-sized cinnamon stick 2 Bay leaves Add cashew nuts Raisins Almonds 3 cups Basmati rice (washed) Add water which we boiled earlier Add 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds Black and green cardamoms Cinnamon stick 2 Bay leaves 1 small sized onion sliced Add 1 tbsp crushed ginger and garlic Add 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp cumin and coriander powder 1 tbsp garam masala 1 tsp red chili powder Salt as per the taste Add 1 medium sized chopped tomato 1 cup kidney beans (soaked overnight) Add 1 ½ cup water Let’s check the pulao Now add finely chopped carrot (optional) 1/3 cup green peas (optional) Add chopped cilantro For the chicken masala 1 tbsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp coriander seeds 1 tbsp fennel seeds ½ tbsp carom seeds Green cardamoms Cloves 4 dried chilies In a pan add 2 tbsp mustard oil Add cloves, cardamom and cinnamon stick Bay leaves Add 1 small sized onion sliced Add ½ kg chicken Add 1 tbsp crushed ginger and garlic 1 tsp turmeric powder Salt as per the taste 1 tsp red chili powder Masala which we made earlier Add 2 medium sized chopped tomatoes Chopped cilantro For the achaar Chopped cucumber Thinly sliced Radish Thinly sliced carrot Add ½ tsp salt Add peas (soaked overnight) 2 medium sized Boiled potatoes 1/3 cup sesame seeds powder Chopped cilantro Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan Add 1 tsp fenugreek seeds 1 tsp turmeric powder 3 green chilies Add 1 tsp red chili powder Salt as per the taste ½ lemon juice 1 tbsp lapsi powder (optional) Add 2tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds Add 1 lb parwal (peeled and washed) Add onion and green chilies sliced Add 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp cumin and coriander powder ½ tsp red chili powder Salt as per the taste 1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur powder) Add 1 tbsp crushed ginger and garlic For fruits yogurt salad 1 finely chopped apple 1 banana sliced 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds ½ cup grapes Add 1 cup plain yogurt ¼ cup sugar (optional) 1 tsp crushed cardamoms ___________________________________________ Thank you for visiting my Chef Suni Channel.
