They get up at 5 in the morning, come and light the tandoor with dung, and continue burning until the tandoor is completely red. They knead the ready dough and prepare the meringues. Then they roll out the dough and stick them on the tandoor. Women work in this tandoor to earn money. There are three tandoors in total, and everyone bakes bread in their own tandoor.
