New Orleans & overnight - P&O Ventura Grand 35 night cruise - 2026.03.18 & 19

Following on from our last port Belize. We have arrived in New Orleans where we will overnight, giving us extra time to explore. This was our first time in New Orleans. We take a walk down the riverfront to Jackson Square then walk the French Quarter, down to the French Market then along the front again past the Paddle Steamers. Next day we catch the ferry from Canal Street to Algiers Point for a wander then go up Canal street the back down on a streetcar. Get a Jazzy Pass by downloading the Le Paas app and buying a pass there, it allows free rides on RTA buses streetcars and ferries. We paid less than $2 for 2 days being seniors.
