Built using vertically laminated bamboo with triaxial fibreglass and an exposed cork top sheet, it combines lightweight construction with exceptional flex, vibration damping and energy return. Its cambered profile, flared wheel wells, progressive concave and functional kicktails create an incredibly surf-like riding experience that remains a benchmark for carving enthusiasts. Even years after its release, the Icarus continues to be regarded as one of the finest carving decks ever produced.
