The kadayif that I prepared in this video is a recipe where thin wire kadayif dough is roasted with butter and then combined with a syrup that I specially prepared. I cooked the syrup with water, granulated sugar, cardamom seeds and a few drops of lemon juice. This aromatic mixture adds both freshness and a unique taste to the dessert.
