Cherry pitting tool: https://amzn.to/3zfwluq INGREDIENTS 250g Water 250g Sugar 250g Sweet Cherries or Sour Cherries 15g Vanilla Extract Make the simple syrup by bringing 1:1 water and sugar to a boil, then allow it to cool to room temperature. Fill a clean jar with pitted cherries to the top, pour over the simple syrup, and any flavourings such as vanilla extract, and store in the fridge. Cocktail cherries will taste best after 5 days and will store up to 6 months in the fridge.
