Hardworking, humble people who have managed to acquire that car through sheer effort. They work together in Don Dulio's mechanic shop, where they spend their days repairing street cars and preparing their race car. During a pre-race test, the car breaks down. And to make matters worse, Dulio informs them that he has sold the shop for a good offer, leaving them jobless. Their only hope now is to win the race. Victoria, the owner of Bandi, the candy factory located in the neighborhood, divides her time between celebrating the company's 35th anniversary and the marriage proposal she has received from Lorenzo, her boyfriend and the company's manager, who is secretly involved in a real estate venture seeking to buy the properties on two city blocks, one of which is occupied by the candy factory. Victoria is annoyed by the lack of privacy surrounding the proposal and delays her answer when she is alone with Lorenzo. She agrees, but now the obstacle is the immediate date Lorenzo wants, and Victoria refuses, sparking a fight. Meanwhile, the decision to cut off her sister Natacha's money, who lives in Los Angeles, prompts Natacha to announce her return, creating tension throughout the family. Amidst this situation, Victoria is involved in an accident caused by the driver, resulting in his dismissal. Focused on finding a new driver, Victoria hires Marcos, who has been recommended by a factory employee. The connection between them is as immediate as it is contradictory, as their initial glance reveals the clash between two very different worlds. Julián, for his part, endures the crisis that unemployment brings to his marriage and goes in search of a new job to support his wife and son. But he doesn't last long at a new workshop, as he refuses to be complicit in the scams perpetrated against customers. Defending his dignity, he quits and reacts violently to the insults from the new owner. From now on, Marcos and Julián must accept defeat and cherish their dream of victories in order to forge a better future.
