Haifa Cable Car Night Trial Run רכבלית חיפה הרצה לילית

Haifa's new 4.4 Kilometers long, 5 sections cable car was opened yesterday for the first time for the public for trial runs. Tonight I hopped on one of the gondolas for a magical hover above the North-Eastern slopes of Haifa and Nesher's Carmel Ridge. I Started at the upper station - Haifa University, passed two stations at the Technion Institute of Technology, then two additional intermediate stations and finally reached the bottom station at the Haifa Bay transportation hub, only to do the whole way back again... My commentary is in Hebrew but you can just relax and enjoy some night views of the area. הרכבלית, רכבל התחבורה הציבורית הראשון של חיפה, פתח סוף סוף את שעריו לנסיעות הרצה פתוחות לציבור. הערב קפצתי לאחת הקרוניות לסיבוב מרגש לאורך 4.4 הקילומטרים ו-5 המקטעים של המסלול. התחלתי בתחנה העליונה באוניברסיטת חיפה, ועשיתי את הדרך כלפי מטה, דרך שתי תחנות הטכניון, שתי תחנות ביניים נוספות, עד תחנת מרכזית המפרץ. ושוב בחזרה לנקודת המוצא. כדי להעביר את הזמן הקלטתי ברקע קריינות הסבר עם כמה פרטים עסיסיים יותר ופחות על הרכבלית ועל הנופים הנשקפים בנסיעה. נסיעה מהנה!
