It's located within the Waikai grounds, overlooking the lagoon. The restaurant's name, Halia, is a Hawaiian word expressing remembrance and respect for the late founder. On this visit, we ate their signature palm-sized pork chops, signature fried rice, boneless short ribs, and homemade kimchi. Sharing large platters is the norm, and they have terrace seating and live music every day.
