In this video, I troubleshoot a potential firmware issue with the QSC K8.2 powered speaker in hopes that it corrects an issue with the unit turning itself on and off when powered up. I’ll show you how to perform a firmware update using the hidden miniUSB port along with the Firmware Updater on the QSC website. I encourage all 2nd series owners to do this update if you haven’t already to prevent similar issues in the future.
