High function cardiac rehab exercise
A more intense circuit that can be followed as part of your rehab after a cardiac event. Includes warm up, 10-min circuit, cool down. Circuit can be repeated twice for 20 mins of exercise. Various intensity levels demonstrated. Remember, only exercise if you are feeling well. Dumbbells can be swapped for tins or bottles of water at home.
