I Am in PAIN!

I went into my bodywork session thinking I was just getting some help with physical injuries. I was looking for structural relief, but I walked out with something much deeper—and much more intense. I wasn’t expecting to have my heart cracked open. We often hear the terms "love and light" thrown around in spiritual circles, but nobody tells you how incredibly painful it actually is to undergo a true heart opening. Before you can reach that space of expansion, you have to navigate the armour. You have to face the anger, the suppression, and all the heavy emotions you’ve been using to protect your heart for years. In this video, I’m sharing my personal experience with this process—from the physical release to the unexpected, overwhelming emotional breakthrough that happened during an act of giving. If you’ve been feeling "stuck" or wonder why your own spiritual practice sometimes feels like a heavy weight rather than a beautiful bliss, this is for you. True healing isn't always pretty, but it is necessary. In this video, we cover: Why physical bodywork can trigger emotional release. The difference between "spiritual bypassing" and real heart-centered healing. Why you have to feel the anger to find the love. My experience of the heart-opening process. Have you ever had a physical treatment that led to a major emotional shift? Let’s talk about it in the comments. spiritual awakening, heart opening, emotional release, bodywork healing, trauma release, shadow work, healing the heart, spiritual growth, emotional pain, somatic therapy, consciousness, spiritual transformation, suppressed emotions, anger release, heart chakra healing, inner work, authentic spirituality, vulnerability, emotional healing, self discovery
