Put elderberries, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and water into a sauce pan. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. 3. Simmer for about 45 minutes, until liquid is reduced by half. 4. Allow mixture to cool until still warm but not hot. 5. Strain elderberries out of liquid. 6. Stir honey into elderberry liquid. 7.
