Make the seasoning sauce (2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp grain syrup, 1 tbsp garlic, 0.3 tbsp ginger juice, 1 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp water, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, a pinch of pepper) 5. Pour the seasoning sauce into the pan and bring to a boil. Add the meat and stir-fry. Then, add the sliced garlic and stir-fry. 6. Add the sliced Cheongyang peppers and red peppers and stir-fry until the liquid has evaporated. 7. Place the green onion slices on a plate, top with the meat, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. [Stir-fried Fish Cake with Korean Chili Peppers] 1. Blanch 10 fish cakes in hot water and slice into thick strips. 2. Cut 1 red pepper in half and slice into strips. Set aside a handful of Korean chili peppers. 3. Make the seasoning sauce (3 tbsp. soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp. garlic, 1 tbsp. sugar, oyster sauce). 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1/3 cup of water) 4. Oil the pan and stir-fry the fish cake, chili pepper, and red pepper. Then, add the seasoning sauce and stir-fry. 5. Add 2 tablespoons of corn syrup and when the fish cake is golden brown, sprinkle with sesame oil and sesame seeds to finish.
