Plus greasing the gearbox. This process is also the same principle for the stihl hs 86 / stihl hs 87 single sided hedge trimmers and will work the same way. Most other brands also have very similar setups so don't be afraid to get stuck in. Also showing how I re-grease the gearbox (when doing what i call a thorough re-greasing) on these type of stihl hedge trimmers.
