Montgomery KONE Hydraulic Elevator - JCPenney [Palisades Center]

long time ago I used to think this was a Dover. This is the store lift in JCP, an elegant (for JCPenney) In Ground Hydraulic Montgomery KONE that is placed in between the escalators. Very nice store design, but the elevator is diminishing in ride quality. It bounces quite a bit, hydraulic pressure is too soft, and it takes a decade to level. Still, I like the cab, the faux-Dover Classic floor indicator is cool, and it has Innovation Universal buttons, an added bonus. Needs to be maintained properly!
