Today, a special video took a lot more work to film and edit than the regular ones, so I'd appreciate it more than ever if you'd leave a like and comment so it can reach even more people. Here are the ingredients: "Butter Croissants" Ingredients: 500g soft flour 250g water 2 tbsp milk powder 5g dry yeast 85g sugar 1 egg 10g salt 1 tbsp honey Vanilla essence Lemon zest 1 egg 50g butter And for the filling: 200g butter 40g flour You'll make a dough, leaving the butter for last. Knead it for 3 minutes, then Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Prepare the pastry by mixing the flour and cold butter in a bag or plastic wrap. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, placing the pastry in the center. Close the dough, roll it out, and make a simple turn, as seen in the video. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for an hour. Remove and roll out, then make another simple turn, then return to the refrigerator for an hour. Repeat this process a third time and let it cool again for an hour. Finally, roll it out into a rectangle, trim the edges, and cut triangles. Roll it up and leave it on an ungreased baking sheet, covered with plastic wrap until it doubles in volume. Before baking, brush with egg yolk, milk, and a pinch of salt and sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. When you take them out while they're still warm, brush them with a glaze. This is made by mixing 100g of sugar, 60g of water, and a teaspoon of honey. Cook until the sugar is completely dissolved, and that's it. Now all that's left is to enjoy your homemade croissants. Follow the recipe step by step and you'll see how great they turn out. If you have any questions or comments, don't hesitate to leave them below. Kisses to everyone!
